We are thrilled to announce that the winning idea in the Global Connection Competition sponsored by the SonShine Foundation in memory of Gilad Shaer is “On the Trail of the Jewish World” proposed by Baruch Jacoby from Givatayim and Ruth Yehoshua from Moshav Hadid. Together they have won $10,000.

After combining the results of the online voters and the recommendation of our panel of judges, Former Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, Former Executive Director of the Jewish Agency Natan Sharansky, and co-founder of SpaceIL Kfir Damari, the judges announced the winning idea at a ceremony led by Ilana Dayan on June 23, 2019 in Jerusalem.

We also want to congratulate Judi Goldberg who won the raffle among contest voters for two airline tickets to Europe as a gift of El Al airlines.
